Incyte Capital  Managing General Partner Marc A. Gineris serves on the board of American Messaging.</p>

<p>In June 2000, eVIN was sold to General Systems Solutions (&#8221;GSS&#8221;). In August 2000, GSS merged with FDI Consulting to form triVIN, Inc., the market leader in electronic vehicle registration and electronic title management in the U.S.  For Incyte&#8217;s seven-year hold period, Marc Gineris held visitation rights on the triVIN Board.</p>
<p>In June 2007, triVIN was sold to American Capital Strategies Ltd. (Nasdaq: ACAS) for $106 million.</p>

He has 24 years of experience in raising capital for, investing in and working closely with the senior management of middle market companies.  He has completed in his career over 120 successful middle market investment or sale transactions and is an expert in the area of financial restructuring and recapitalization.</p>
<p>Prior to founding Incyte in 2000, Mr. Gineris was a Managing Director with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown in San Francisco, where he headed the Firm&#8217;s West Coast Restructuring and Recapitalization Group from 1995 to 1999. Prior thereto, Mr. Gineris was a Limited Partner and Principal with Alex. Brown &amp; Sons, Incorporated in New York, which he joined in 1990. Mr. Gineris began his financial career in 1981 in New York as an investment banking analyst and worked at several major Wall Street firms in Corporate Finance in New York before joining Alex. Brown.</p>
<p>Mr. Gineris has been a Board member to numerous companies including Aileen, Inc. (NYSE:AEE), New Dimensions In Medicine (OTC:NDM), eVIN, Inc. (private), Madison Telecommunications Holdings Inc. (private), Paging Network of Canada Inc. (private), and American Messaging Services, Inc. (private).</p>
<p>Mr. Gineris graduated from Harvard University with a Masters in Business Administration in 1985 and from Pomona College in Claremont, California with a Bachelor of Arts with honors in 1981.</p>
