About

Incyte Capital Holdings LLC, its affiliate founded in San Francisco in June 2000, and based in Uptown Dallas since 2009, considers investments throughout the U.S. and Canada. Incyte employs a focused, partner-intensive approach intended to result in measurable benefits to the invested capital and management beyond the initial providing of capital.

Incyte seeks investments for control in special situations and platform building transactions. Such investments can also include participation in or outright purchase of bank debt or other debt securities to alleviate covenant and other creditor issues. Given the significant investment of our own capital, investment structures are designed to provide rapid assessment and capital deployment and to provide unique flexibility in the structuring on an investment, including tailored rather than pre-set investment time horizions.

Incyte invests in companies with revenues between $25 million and $200 million at the time of investment. Examples of Incyte’s successful investments include Netforce (acquired by Oracle Corporation), eVIN Inc. (acquired by American Capital Strategies), PageNet (current holding) and American Messaging (current holding). In 2017, Incyte and its affiliates, together with management and investor partners, successfully completed a roll-up spanning over a decade of the U.S. paging industry. Incyte affiliates and its partners are the largest private investor group in paging and narrow band PCS telecommunication spectrum assets in North America. For a description of our current portfolio and the performance of prior investments, please see the Portfolio tab above.

We believe that our strong returns track record since founding in 2000 has been attributable in part to our innovative and disciplined commitment to alignment in all our investing. Incyte has structured and rebalanced at various times its activities to maintain alignment as a central focus in each investment. This commitment can be reviewed under the Alignment Philosophy tab above.
